Liga Leonesa de Fútbol
Official LLF document establishing the basis, guidelines and general provisions for organizing and running its sports competitions.
1. General Provisions
Liga Leonesa de Fútbol (LLF) exists to promote amateur football in León, Guanajuato, fostering values of respect, discipline and teamwork. This rulebook is mandatory for all clubs, players, coaches, referees and technical staff taking part in competitions organized by the LLF.
2. Competition Structure
The LLF organizes its tournaments into categories based on players' ages, following the guidelines set by the Mexican Football Federation and the relevant sports authorities.
- Children's Category: U-7 to U-12.
- Youth Category: U-13 and U-18.
- Open Category: over 18 years old.
3. Team Registration
Every team must complete the official registration process, providing the required information by the set dates. Teams that are not properly affiliated will not be allowed to participate.
4. Player Eligibility
Players must be officially registered in the LLF system, presenting a valid ID (CURP) and an up-to-date photograph. A player may only take part in one category within the same tournament, unless expressly authorized by the coordination staff.
5. Competition System
Tournaments are held under a round-robin ("all against all") format, and the top-ranked teams advance to knockout or final rounds as determined by the sports coordination staff.
6. Sanctions and Conduct
Any act of violence, discrimination, or disrespect toward referees, players or spectators will be sanctioned according to the guidelines set by the LLF's disciplinary committee.

7. Final Provisions
This rulebook takes effect upon publication and may be amended by the LLF's board according to organizational or sporting needs.
